* Accuracy of all content at all times

* Alignment with current exam specifications

### 2.3 Service Availability

We strive to maintain the App's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

* Scheduled maintenance

* Emergency repairs

* Force majeure events

* Technical difficulties beyond our control

## 3. User Accounts

### 3.1 Account Creation

### 3.4 One Account Per User

Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, abuse promotions, or for any fraudulent purpose is prohibited and may result in termination.

## 4. Subscriptions and Payments

### 4.1 Subscription Plans

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

* Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then.

### 4.6 Refunds

Refund policies are governed by Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. Generally:

* Refund requests must be submitted through the respective platform

* We do not directly process refunds

* Eligibility for refunds is determined by Apple or Google

### 4.7 Free Trials

If we offer a free trial:

* You may be required to provide payment information

* You will not be charged during the trial period

* Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled

* Free trials are limited to one per user/device

* Non-transferable between platforms (iOS/Android)

* Tied to your Apple ID or Google account

* NON-INFRINGEMENT

### 8.2 No Guarantee of Results

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

* That you will pass any examination

* That content is error-free or up-to-date

* That the App will meet your specific requirements

* Uninterrupted or secure access to the App

* That defects will be corrected

### 8.3 Exam Content Disclaimer

Our study materials are created independently and may not reflect:

* The exact content of actual examinations

* Current exam specifications or updates

* Official positions of certification bodies

* Guaranteed coverage of all exam topics

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any certification body or exam provider unless explicitly stated.

### 8.4 Technical Disclaimers

We do not warrant that:

* The App will be compatible with all devices

* The App will function without interruption

* Any errors will be corrected in a specific timeframe

* The App will be free from viruses or harmful components

## 9. Limitation of Liability

### 9.1 Exclusion of Damages

* The amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, OR

* One hundred US dollars ($100)

* You will not be entitled to any refund of prepaid fees

* Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect
